Scope and information
DMSH handles instructions for registered physical devices. It does not manage online accounts or determine legal inheritance. Planning records include your profile, contacts, device instructions, signatures, and supporting documents.
Authorization
A report of death, incapacity, or non-response begins verification only. No treatment starts solely because of a missed check-in or a signature. Valid authority, received devices, signed instructions, and independent review are required.
Access and retention
Account information is restricted to the member and authorized staff. Supporting documents are private. The retention schedule, deletion request process, operating entity, and final support contact must be approved before launch.
Billing and cancellation
Prices are shown on the pricing page. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms must be reviewed and accepted at checkout before paid enrollment is enabled.
Electronic records
Review the complete packet before typing your name. A signature is saved against that exact instruction version. Changes require a new signature. You can print the reviewed packet for your records.
