Cancel renewal at any time
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time. When you request cancellation with a refund, we refund the amount paid for the current coverage period minus the prorated amount for coverage already provided. Proration uses the actual length of that paid coverage period; coverage ends on the effective cancellation date. Turning off renewal alone leaves coverage active through the paid period.
How the refund is calculated
Refund = payment for the current coverage period × unused portion of that period. We calculate elapsed and unused coverage from the actual coverage start, end, and effective cancellation dates, and round the refund to the nearest cent. The refund will not exceed the payment for that period.
Request a refund
Use the contact form or email customerservice@dmshtrust.com with your account email and cancellation request. Do not send card numbers or device passcodes. We will confirm the effective date, coverage used, calculation, and refund amount. Refunds go back to the original payment method; posting time depends on the payment provider and bank.
Private review status
Paid enrollment and automated refunds are not active in this private review. No payment or refund is represented as completed until the payment provider confirms it.
