Who handles your information
SUMMER MIDNIGHT INC., an Illinois corporation, operates DMSH Privacy. dmshprivacy.com is the service website; dmshtrust.com is our existing support-email domain. Contact customerservice@dmshtrust.com or use the contact form for privacy questions.
Information collected
We collect account identity and contact details, device identifiers, treatment and fallback instructions, executor and recipient details, signed records, supporting documents, service messages, and activity logs. Device handling also creates custody records and video evidence. Provide contact information only where you have permission or authority to do so.
Device contents and access information
We do not copy device contents off the device except for a selected-data transfer explicitly authorized by the client. This restriction does not mean that we keep no account, instruction, or audit data. Access credentials require separate protected storage; passcode collection remains disabled in this review until that storage is configured. Never send passcodes through the contact form or email.
Why we use information
We use records to maintain your instructions, verify authority and identity, coordinate delivery, carry out authorized treatments, provide support, manage membership, prevent misuse, and document chain of custody.
Service providers and recipients
The private review uses ChatGPT sign-in and cloud database and document storage. Payment and email services are not yet connected. When enabled, payment processing will use a DMSH-specific Stripe account; card details will be handled by Stripe. Information may be shared with authorized staff, service providers needed to operate the service, and verified executors or designated recipients as required by your instructions.
Access, retention, and deletion
Access is limited according to role and operational need. Account, instruction, case, and audit records may need to be retained to carry out the service, document authorization, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations. Detailed retention periods will be disclosed before paid enrollment. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; we will explain any records that must be retained.
Private review status
This review supports stored account records, uploaded PDFs, and service requests. Actual payment processing, automated email delivery, and device execution are not active. Do not submit real device contents or sensitive case evidence for testing.
